Located behind the appointed Kitchen Bar, it reigns over all - a real star!
It was created by well-known French manufacturer Robisol,who has been a leader in the high-end market for 60 years.
It is made of black enamel and solid brass. It is gas-powered, and the heat is distributed by refractory bricks and incandescent burners.

The dishes on the menu are prepared directly in front of the clients, who are seated facing the chefs.
Up to 8 people can reserve a seat in this warm and welcoming space. It’s an ideal spot for the curious and for lovers of cuisine.
Making the kitchen more transparent and accessible for guests is important to Antoine Westermann.
An opening onto the kitchen can also be found at Mon Vieil Ami and at the Drouant, where the spirit of the kitchen is carried into the dining room through Antony Clemot, director and chef.
